From start to finish we received excellent service from Patterson’s Amish Furniture. Jason was extremely helpful and personable. He helped us choose the style, wood, and stain for our furniture. The estimated time to have the furniture made and delivered was right on track with what he told us. The furniture arrived on a rainy afternoon and Gunner and Garrison did a great job with the delivery. They were professional and friendly. I am extremely happy with both pieces I purchased and will always check with them before buying any other furniture. Whether your purchase is big or small their store in Morganton is a fun experience. Thanks for the great service!

From start to finish we had excellent service. Jason was great to discuss different options and help us personalize each item from the wood to the stain to the design. He was great. Gunter and Garrison delivered the furniture on a rainy afternoon. They were careful, pleasant and personable. I highly recommend Pattersons Amish Furniture for all your furniture needs. Jason provided top-notch customer service before and after the purchase. The delivery was timely and the team of Cory and Luke were friendly, fast, and efficient. They provided and added felt pads to prevent damage to floor. They also offered to rearrange our current furniture to properly position the new. A well ran business. Chris
We have bought a lot of furniture from Patterson's and the obvious question is, "What's not to like?" The family atmosphere along the caring attitude of the entire staff, including the delivery guys, make this a great furniture store. They have helped us pick matching pieces to order and almost every time we go to the store we wind up buying something. The selections are excellent and the quality is always superb. One thing I like is that they never pressure sale and we trust them enough now to simply call and ask advice. Do we recommend them? Absolutely!

We made a large order of the Dawson Creek benches to use for seating in our church. We wanted them in place before we hosted a large event which pushed their scheduling a bit. Not only were they able to accommodate our scheduling needs, they worked closely with us as the delivery date approached. They arrived to the hour which we had agreed to (on a week with unseasonable snowfall)! Joyce was extremely helpful and friendly. The product looks beautiful in our church. The craftmanship is outstanding. One member told me after looking at the pews that this would be a lifetime investment for us! I completely agree!

We had a very enjoyable buying experience with Jason and his team. We liked that he was always involved and the rare time he was not available, his team carried on without a hiccup. They all were friendly, demonstrated a lot of patience and expertly guided us through the whole process. From the initial selection phase, to the many changes we made along the way, to promptly responding to every e-mail, delivery and set-up of all the pieces, things went very smoothly. Needless to say we also think the quality, selection and prices are by far the best!

The sales experience was very well without a lot of high pressure. The owner is very knowledgeable about the products Caleb that delivered the furniture was extremely helpful and efficient cleaning everything up before he left.
This was the best buying experience, from exchanging emails with Jason to meeting him in the store and purchasing a beautiful bed to having the bed delivered and setup by Caleb. Jason is patient and knowledgeable and he helped us get exactly what we wanted. He communicated well and really knows his sources and what they produce and honors quality craftsmanship. Caleb contacted me to set up delivery and was flexible to fit into my schedule. He contacted us on the way and was on time. Caleb and his helper efficiently and expertly set up the bed being respectful of our home. Do yourself a favor and contact Patterson’s for your furniture needs; I know I will go back to them for mine!
This is our third time buying furniture from Patterson's and it never disappoints! Both the living room and bedroom set are very high quality, and it definitely shows. And best of all everything is super comfortable! Jason was so helpful in showing options and being patient when we were trying to decide on everything. Also, Saige was very knowledgeable and professional in showing us around the store and assisting us in making our final selections. To top everything off, the delivery went off without a hitch. I was pretty nervous as we did not have easy access to get the furniture into our condo on the second story, but Caleb and Gunner handled a very difficult delivery like professionals. Overall, it was an excellent experience with zero complaints, and we are already looking to purchase more furniture from Patterson's.

The furniture is so nice it was hard to choose just one style. Very happy with price and furniture delivered free. Caleb was very careful, friendly and a blessing to meet. Definitely would recommend!!
We traveled from Georgia to NC to shop for furniture for our new home and after going to many stores including the marts, we were thankful we found Pattersons! From Sage who helped us design exactly what we were wanting for our bedroom, to Jason who ordered it and patiently answered my many emails with questions, to Caleb and Gunner who delivered it to Georgia and set it all up with great care, everyone was so helpful, kind, and patient! Especially thanks to Sage for telling us since we were from Georgia, we didn’t have to pay taxes and when we checked their delivery charge, it was less than the taxes would have been! No other furniture store told us this and the other stores’ delivery charges were much higher than Pattersons. We were thrilled with the way it turned out and can tell it is top-quality and was made with special care. I would highly recommend Patterson’s for any furniture you’re looking for - even if you’re from out of state!
