My last purchase was a couch, loveseat, a desk for my wife and a glider chair. This stuff is beautiful and solid. My husband and I visited Patterson’s today and absolutely fell in love with this store. Joyce and Jason are the best!!... Joyce is our new friend. The furniture is gorgeous and reasonably priced. The outdoor furniture was exactly what we were looking for. We found the perfect bedroom suite. If you haven’t shopped there, you need to visit. You’ll be so fascinated. Our experience with Pattersons Amish furniture has consistently been fantastic. The owner and his family are always... super friendly and engaged. The store is loaded with a great selection of quality furniture and ideas. They’ve always put in the time to assure we make the best possible purchase. They also shine when it comes to delivery. Rather than outsourcing the delivery and disclaiming all responsibility as many Amish stores do, Pattersons has their own delivery team led by Caleb (today he had help from Gunnar.) They are super clean, careful, and respectful. Communication and scheduling is great. So we always get great end-to-end service which is super important for large purchases like these. We highly recommend Pattersons.read more

The staff are incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and help navigate the extensive customization available with Amish furniture. The delivery team (shout-out to Caleb and Gunner!) are excellent at carefully assembling and arranging the furniture. This is our second purchase and delivery with Pattersons and this is our second 5 star rating!! Top notch!! The store... is amazing and Jason is wonderful to work with. The delivery guys are so courteous and respectful and meticulous with the furniture and your home. We have had four different delivery guys (last time was Caleb and Zach) and they all were super young men! This is the only place I want to buy furniture!! I visited Pattersons many times over the years and everyone was always welcoming and helpful. When I was finally ready... to order a custom dining set the entire process was easy and accommodating. Everything was completed on schedule and delivery was timely and professional. I compared similar dining sets at traditional furniture stores before finalizing my order with Pattersons and the price difference was negligible but, the quality of the Amish Furniture is substantially superior.read more

What a nice store. I've seen the signs on the highway for years, and finally got a chance to stop in and look around.... High quality furniture, it's pricey, but you get what you pay for. Lot's of framed pictures on the wall, lots of small stuff too. Worth stopping. My wife found exactly what she wanted, so we'll be returning when our house renovation is near complete.read more

After I began working remotely from home I needed a desk. I searched various furniture and department stores but... everything was of poor quality and/or unattractive. I’ve always enjoyed browsing at Patterson’s and have bought rugs, candles and other accessories. I remembered seeing all of the lovely handmade furniture and decided to go look for a desk. I ordered the style and color and anxiously awaited its arrival. The desk is beautiful and very well made. Couldn’t be more pleased! We were looking for an Amish furniture store that sold an entertainment center that we saw in PA and finally came... across Patterson Amish Furniture in Morganton. The center is built by an Amish shop in Ohio and had to be ordered. Modifications were needed to accommodate our home theater components. Jason, the owner, was great to work with to detail the specs for the center for the build. The lead-time was in months, just like everything that was due to COVID. We finally took delivery of the center, and the workmanship is outstanding. The center was delivered by Caleb. He took exceptional care of the unit during the move into our home. He spent time reviewing the item with us and emphasized to contact the store if any problems. We are very pleased to have found this store and definitely will use again in the future. It was a pleasure from the sale to the delivery working with them. They are highly recommended by us.read more

GOOD old fashioned service (personal not robotic) still exists! We found Patterson’s billboard after leaving a much... larger Amish mall spot with mysteriously “busy” sales people (hardly any other shoppers were in there). Beautiful selection at Patterson’s and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable folks. Caleb took time to ask about our likes & then helped us select what the mall big shots acted like they couldn’t be bothered with. He even remembered us when he and a helper delivered our furniture months later. They efficiently and politely brought things to our home hours away and assembled it in a snap. We’ll shop there again and recommend this place to everyone we can.read more

If you are seeking good furniture that is solidly built this is the place to go. Jason and Kasie are great folks to... work with and extremely helpful. Keep in mind you can have the furniture built in multiple wood types, in multiple stain colors, with lots of different hardware (drawer pull) choices. You can even customize the sizes and style of pieces to some extent. I had driven by this store many times and finally went in and was glad I did. Today my furniture was delivered and the color is nearly an exact match to a piece of existing furniture we were trying to match. The delivery team was great. Very helpful and easy to work with. Nice job all around. I would reccomend to a friend as well as return when I need furniture in another room.read more

After shopping ALL DAY at a mega furniture mall in Hickory, NC and not finding what we wanted we moseyed on over to... Morganton, NC, mainly to visit our favorite brewery (Catawba). We saw Pattersons Amish Furniture close by so we checked it out. It was just minutes until they closed but the amazing lady (Joyce) working there allowed us to come in stay past closing. We ended up buying 2 dressers, 2 nightstands and a custom wardrobe (actually ordered the wardrobe by email later) sending a photo of another brand that was of poor quality for them to replicate. After receiving the dressers and nightstands I can honestly say that this was the best money I ever spent. The quality is amazing. The soft close doors are wonderful. Every aspect was beyond our expectations. While the delivery guys were bringing in the furniture it took me some time to realize that the owner (who I hadn't met in person yet) was the delivery guy. A++ Business , A++ Quality , Totally Satisfied.read more

We are very happy with our new counter height table and chairs. We were able to customize it to our liking. We picked... out our wood, finish and fabrics. They were the only place who could give us everything we wanted. Patterson's was also the most reasonable.The quality is very good and Jason is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely worth the trip from Raleigh area. Caleb who delivered the table and chairs was very careful with bringing the furniture in and made sure to protect our floor. He showed us how to work the butterfly leaf and made sure we were happy before leaving. He was very friendly. It took awhile to get but with covid everything is back logged. We just ordered a second one for a guest bedroom. Caleb arrived at our house at the expected time, and took great care not to scuff a wall as he made his way to the other end of the house. Quality furniture is packed into a shop in downtown Morganton. The sales staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and there to... answer questions. My one disappointment was the textiles, all of which were imported from India. As a handweaver, visiting a furniture store specializing in "made in America", I was extremely dismaid to witness this. Western NC has a number of excellent handweavers who produce quality work to complement the Amish furniture.read more

On display are samples if fine crafted... furniture with a friendly and helpful attendant who takes the time to answer questions, show sample swatches and work up pricing options. This was the best buying experience, from exchanging emails with Jason to meeting him in the store and purchasing a beautiful bed to having the bed delivered and setup by Caleb. Jason is patient and knowledgeable and he helped us get exactly what we wanted. He communicated well and really knows his sources and what they produce and honors quality craftsmanship. Caleb contacted me to set up delivery and was flexible to fit into my schedule. He contacted us on the way and was on time. Caleb and his helper efficiently and expertly set up the bed being respectful of our home. Do yourself a favor and contact Patterson’s for your furniture needs; I know I will go back to them for mine!
This is our third time buying furniture from Patterson's and it never disappoints! Both the living room and bedroom set are very high quality, and it definitely shows. And best of all everything is super comfortable! Jason was so helpful in showing options and being patient when we were trying to decide on everything. Also, Saige was very knowledgeable and professional in showing us around the store and assisting us in making our final selections. To top everything off, the delivery went off without a hitch. I was pretty nervous as we did not have easy access to get the furniture into our condo on the second story, but Caleb and Gunner handled a very difficult delivery like professionals. Overall, it was an excellent experience with zero complaints, and we are already looking to purchase more furniture from Patterson's.

The furniture is so nice it was hard to choose just one style. Very happy with price and furniture delivered free. Caleb was very careful, friendly and a blessing to meet. Definitely would recommend!!

From Sage who helped us design exactly what we were wanting for our bedroom, to Jason who ordered it and patiently answered my many emails with questions, to Caleb and Gunner who delivered it to Georgia and set it all up with great care, everyone was so helpful, kind, and patient! Especially thanks to Sage for telling us since we were from Georgia, we didn’t have to pay taxes and when we checked their delivery charge, it was less than the taxes would have been! No other furniture store told us this and the other stores’ delivery charges were much higher than Pattersons. We were thrilled with the way it turned out and can tell it is top-quality and was made with special care. I would highly recommend Patterson’s for any furniture you’re looking for - even if you’re from out of state!

Patterson’s is a first class store with beautiful fine furniture and great people that are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was friendly and patient as we picked style, fabric, and wood colors. We purchased living room furnishings and love the choices that were available. We are very happy and satisfied with our purchase. Caleb, our delivery man, was great. He was like all the folks in the showroom, very polite and very conscientious. He was careful not to damage anything and he was also looking out for us to prevent damage on our hardwood floors.
